GENERAL REPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE:

If you need to notify us of a repair or maintenance issue at your rental property, all notifications must be forwarded to First National Mudgeeraba in writing so we can act accordingly.

There are several ways you can do this:

1.  ** DOWNLOAD OUR FREE TENANT MAINTENANCE REPORTING APP OR REPORT YOUR MAINTENANCE ON THE TENANT MAINTENANCE WEBSITE.     
This App is designed for Smartphones and tablets, Apple and Android) available through the App store or Google Play store.  Please visit http://www.mmgr.com.au/tenant/app/?agency=366 for more information on the app or to report the maintenance issue on the site. You will receive an email confirmation of any maintenance requests you submit as well as details of suppliers visiting for quoting or repairs.  We will also keep you informed via email regarding the status of requests/jobs.  Should you require any assistance in getting started with Maintenance Manager, please call our property manager on 5525 2866.  Should you be unable to access the App or Tenant Maintenance Website, please

2. Click on the Submit Maintenance Request tab under Renting on this website, or

Please provide as much information as possible about the repairs needed together with photographs and access authorisation for the repairs to be done. 

If you are reporting an appliance repair such as an oven etc or a hot water service, please supply us with the make & model and whether it is electric or gas.

Please call us on 5525 2866 to arrange to collect our management set (keys are to be returned to our office within the hour). Identification will be required.

After Hours, Public Holidays or when the office is closed:

EMERGENCY REPAIRS AT YOUR RENTAL PROPERTY - after hours, public holidays & when the office is closed:

If you rent through First National Mudgeeraba and have an emergency at your rental property that needs immediate attention:

1.  Refer to the definition of emergency repairs - plumbing and electrical below.

2.  Report the problem using the FREE TENANT MAINTENANCE REPORTING APP.

The app will automatically send the details you report through to our emergency tradespeople.

DEFINITION OF EMERGENCY REPAIRS - this only refers to situations such as: 

 1.    PLUMBING*

- Burst water service
- Gas leak 
- Blocked or overflowing toilet
- Serious roof leak

2.   ELECTRICAL*

Complete loss of power** 

  1. Please always check your property's switchboard first to ensure that an appliance has not tripped one of the circuits
  2. Then it is important to first contact Energex on 13 62 62 to check on area outages
    Energex recommends that if your power goes out, keep a battery-powered radio with fully charged batteries handy and listen to your local radio station or access their mobile website from your smartphone for regular power restoration updates: https://www.energex.com.au/mobile/emergency-outages or website https://www.energex.com.au/home/power-outages/emergency-outages-streets/ 
  3. For an emergency such as fallen power lines contact Energex on 13 19 62

**An electrical emergency is defined as when your complete loss of power is not an Energex issue and you are unable to restore it or there is electrical shock on something other than an appliance.
NB: loss of hot water does not constitute an emergency.
